Spirits of Mexico

This event focuses on Spirits & Liqueurs of Mexico. Every product is an embodiment of culture. These products are not commodities, but cultural products to be shared with friends and loved ones. This tasting will take you on a journey to not only discover new Tequila, but introduce you and the guests of your choosing to Mezcal, Bacanora, Raicilla, and Pox. The event can start with a welcome cocktail featuring liqueurs from Casa d’Aristi, followed by a presentation and samplings of up to a dozen different spirits. This is a great event for anyone looking to discover unique Mezcales, and other products across Mexico. Phil’s accessibility to unique spirits of MX grows more and more each year, as he continues to cultivate relationships with producers across the great country.

WOrld Whiskies

This is the best selling IN YOUR HOME SPIRITS EVENT to date. Phil’s knowledge of unique brands and production styles across the many whisky producing countries continues to expand. If the country produces Whisky, there is a good chance Phil has a bottle to share. With the success of the Japanese Whisky tastings Phil hosted in 2018, he has expanded the presentation to whiskies in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, Belgium, India, and America. This is an event for your whisky loving friends, packed with production details, and pours of unique, fascinating whiskies. This event can be customized to your specifications, such as Whiskies of the UK, Whiskies of Japan, and The History of Whisky(ey). Each event starts with a welcome cocktail, followed by a presentation and samplings of up to a dozen different world whiskies.

Single Cask Whiskies

One of the most alluring conversations to be had in the whisky industry is where the whisky lives, and for how long. This conversation does not tend have as much transparency, which can unfortunately lead the consumer toward making the wrong purchase to suit their needs for a bottle of whisky. There is no mystery to Single Cask Whiskies, because all of these whiskies are cask strength from a single cask, from a single distillery. Not all independent bottlers pride themselves on transparency, but the ones shared during this event do!! You will taste whiskies bottled at cask strength from a unique barrel. The age statements can be as young as 9 years to 43 years in a single cask. There is only limited quantities of these whiskies, so the events book up fast. This presentation is customized to the whiskies available from Phil’s independent bottling partners. No event is ever the same, so you can book this event 2 or 3 times a year, and taste completely different whiskies.
